SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
STATE OF MISSISSIPPI 
COUNTY OF LEFLORE                                                                        
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of April, 2004, James Carroll Jr., Married joined herein by Brenda Carroll, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto William H. Glover, Jr., Trustee for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, Mississippi in Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Land Book 608 at Page 475; and 
WHEREAS, on the  26 day of March, 2013, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. successor by merger to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Incorporated, assigned said Deed of Trust unto HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Home Equity Asset-Backed Securities 2004-2 Trust, Home Equity Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-2, by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Lands Book 757  at Page 449; and  

WHEREAS, on the 30th day of November, 2017 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Deed of Trust Book 838 at Page 553; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 16th day of March, 2022, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the South front entrance (or door) of the Leflore County Courthouse at Greenwood, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Leflore County, Mississippi, to-wit: 
A tract of land situated in sectional Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 in the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 19 North, Range 1 West, Leflore County, Mississippi, described as follows: Commence at the Northwest corner of the property conveyed to Ben Chapman, Jr., by Morgan Kimbrough McGeoy by Deed recorded in Book 226 at Page 639 of the Land Deed Records of Leflore County, Mississippi, and proceed thence North 78 degrees 43 minutes East the distance of 82.5 feet to the Point of Beginning of the tract herein described; thence continue North 78 degrees 43 minutes East the disctance of 82.5 feet to apoint which is the Northeast corner of said Chapman Lots; thence proceed South along the Eastern boundary of said Chapman Lot a distance of 155 feet to the Southeast corner thereof; thence run South 78 degrees 43 minutes West the distance of 67.5 feet to a point; thence run North 5 degrees 35 minutes West the distance of 150.8 feet to the Point of Beginning.
I will only convey such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.

NOTICE FOR BIDDERS  Bank Depository
Notice is hereby given to all qualified financial institutions, that the Superintendent of the Greenwood Leflore Consolidated School District pursuant to the provisions of Sections 37-7-333 and 27-105-1 of the Mississippi Code Ann. of 1972 as amended, shall receive sealed bids for the privilege of keeping the School District funds for a period of three years beginning July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025.
Said bids shall be received at the Greenwood Leflore Consolidated School District until noon on March 23, 2022. Each bid shall be submitted on the bid proposal form, which may be obtained from the School District Business Office at 1901 Hwy 82 Greenwood, MS  38930.   In order to be considered each sealed bid must have “Depository Bid – March 23, 2022 @ 12 noon” written or typed on its face and must be received on or before the deadline stated above.  
Bid proposals will be opened on March 23, 2022 @ 1 pm.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive informalities and reject any and all bids.
